“Elwood Building Co. project managed and constructed a full modern home extension to a heritage house. The front heritage facade was strengthened to stand the test of time and merges with the new build towards the rear effortlessly.
Elwood Building Co. had a consultative approach from start to finish with great access to local resources and suppliers. Minor amendments and inclusions throughout the construction were always accommodated with a “can do” approach.
From setting the foundations and getting the house up from the ground (Elwood has terrible soil), to framing a replacement gable roof to match the old one and to the flawless finishes of the interior we truly could not be happier with the end result.
A big value-add is the support given by Elwood Building Co. and its contractors after the completion of the build. Thank-you for a great experience.”
