During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. NewCastle Homes, LLC are outstanding builders and I would recommend them to anyone that may ask.”

“When you contact Platinum Touch, they will send people out who will be comfortable, concerned with your needs, and don’t make claims they cannot meet. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful.”

“Heather was our go-to salesperson when buying a new home from Airhart Construction. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and made us feel that our home was a top priority for her. This attention did not end once we signed the contract, though. She's been in touch with news about the construction, interested in our selections (even though those are made with another employee) and genuinely available for questions and support. Our home buying process was made not only easy, but enjoyable, thanks to Heather Mistele. She is a lovely person and an asset to Airhart Construction! Feb/14 We have now done the selection process and the house is at the drywall stage...we have nothing but high praise for the quality of construction and response of Airhart employees. Dana (the selection coordinator) was SO helpful and easy to work with!”
