“From the moment we met Karina in our old kitchen, she instantly grasped our priorities. She presented floor plan options that perfectly hit our goals for our Pacific Beach home. Incredibly, after just two meetings, we had a new layout selected and were already choosing finishes. Based on of our earliest conversations, Karina was able to read our style and presented us with hand-selected cabinetry finishes, countertops, and backsplash tile options. We felt “heard” and together we narrowed down selections, bringing us confidence in our choices. After almost a year, we can confidently say everything is exactly where it "should" be. The new layout is absolutely fantastic! Extending our kitchen into our existing garage, we gained a dedicated scullery area complete with ovens, a second refrigerator, cleanup sink, and dishwasher. The new pass-thru windows from our patio directly into the scullery make clearing dinner items painless and remarkably organized. It's wonderful how our main kitchen stays neat and organized even as we transition from dinner to dessert and drinks. Our family and friends adore the seamless indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Karina made the entire design process engaging and exciting, consistently guiding us forward with ease. Despite the scope of the construction, the entire project unfolded with impressive smoothness. This speaks volumes about Karina's meticulous designs and detailed drawings, coupled with the seamless execution by DSW’s exceptional project managers and tradespeople. “House to Home did an amazing job with my kitchen remodel! It is night and day from before hand. It is light and bright and feels like a new house! In addition to repainting the cabinets, getting new countertops and appliances, and putting in recessed lighting, they came up with the idea to completely open the kitchen up with a folding window that expands the kitchen out into the backyard with an additional countertop outside. This has been a game changer for us! Now our kitchen flows seamlessly outside, expanding the usable space. We are stoked!”

“We have had a number of projects completed by Crosier Construction ranging from lighting fixture installation and replacement to a major bathroom remodel. In every case, Mark's contractors have been very polite, capable and professional. Many very good ideas were proposed and help was provided to us as needed. The recommended sources of materials were excellent with many choices and opportunities to select items that fit our budget. The bathroom remodel was completed in 2021, updating a 30 year old master bathroom. A designer helped us consider options and make plans for completion of the project. Tiling, shower, bathroom sinks, lighting and cabinetry were replaced. The results met our expectations. In every phase of the project, Mark monitored contractor progress and ensured that all efforts met his high standards. We strongly recommend Crosier Construction.”
