“We've worked with James Parivash for a quarter of a century now on several land development projects. (We provide Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services.) He has done a very good job doing developments for all of the projects we've done together. (We typically work together in Los Altos Hills, although we've done a couple of projects in other South Bay Area communities as well.) I highly recommend James and his firm.”

Best Guy Development provided a seamless process from the design work to the quality and professionalism that was provided I could not be happier. Josef and his crew really helped us the entire way. I was provided with honesty and amazing quality work he’s very thorough meticulous neat and a true professional. My husband and I are considering having an ADU built in our backyard and we will only work with Best Guy Development. I highly recommend Best Guy Development for any work needed for your home.”

“We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen! Our kitchen need a full upgrade - new cabinets, floors, countertops, applicances, lighting, etc. QA Builders were always professional and kept the job moving along so that it could be finished in a timely manner. Sal was very responsive and a great communicator when we had questions. Also, the team always showed up on time and left our place clean before they left each day, which we really appreciated. We are thrilled with how beautiful it came out, and definitely would use them again.”

“Nordin Builders did an extensive remodel for us. The existing structure came down, but we kept the foundation and expanded the footprint (2000 sq ft became 3000 sq ft). One of Dan Nordin's greatest attributes is professionalism, providing clear and reliable communication throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent and our timeline was adhered to, finishing the WHOLE house remodel in 11 months.”

“SCC has constantly amazed me with their quality of service and general outcome of the jobs they've done for us! They have completed 2 bathroom renovations as well as backyard hardscape projects, fences and painting. Sean pays close attention to details inside and outside the scope of the job he is performing, including cleanliness at the end of each days work, respecting timing of projects to be completed and always keeping us in the loop when permits or subcontractors are involved. SCC has done several projects for us and we are always happy with the outcome.”
