“I met Sue and Erling Pohls over 20 years ago, through my friend of many years, Jim Elliott. Sue, Erling and Jim have worked together for many years in the contruction business here in the Santa Ynez Valley and neighboring communities. They have have worked on projects, both large and small for myself and my husband. There is nothing they can’t do professionally and in a timely manner. She spent a considerable amount of time with me and really listened to my wants and need for my project. She really understood my vision of the project and was right on target with putting the whole thing together. Should my circumstance change so that I might want to build my dream home, Clarece will be the one I work with.”
