“It was a pleasure to have Pearl handle my remodeling needs! Avi was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredible. He laid out all the options for us and ran the project as smooth as could be. When we hit a few snags along the way as any project does, he pivoted quickly in the best most efficient manner, and gave detailed explanations why things would or wouldn’t work. The crews were all complete professionals. Hardworking, efficient and friendly. They did great work and weren’t shy about asking questions if they needed clarification. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in great condition. I would be very happy to recommend hire Pearl Remodeling and Avi for any and all future remodeling needs!”

“We had a wonderful experience working with SOD Home Group on our custom home. We purchased an older property with the goal of demolishing the original 1950s home and building our future dream home from the ground up. From start to finish, SOD took care of the entire process - design, architecture, construction, interior design, certifications, landscaping, finishing details and even the final cleaning before move in. Oren, the business owner, was a great problem solver and an active listener throughout the project. What stood out to us was how involved he was, not only with issues related to the home itself, but also with broader concerns involving the surrounding community. He truly cared about helping us navigate the process and finding solutions along the way. The entire SOD team was excellent to work with. Their designers and architect were especially impressive - world class, creative, thoughtful, intentional and passionate about their work. They listened carefully to our ideas and helped turn our vision into a beautiful, modern and comfortable home. When we did not agree with a proposal or changed our minds, they were always open minded, flexible and willing to address our concerns. They were true problem solvers. The construction crew was also outstanding. We were often onsite during the build and the crew was always open to feedback. If something did not meet our expectations, they worked with us to make it right. They understood our high standards for quality and perfection, and we appreciated their craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in their work. The entire team - craftsmen and craftswomen - brought care and skill to every stage of the project. SOD also designed and built our landscaping, which helped complete the overall vision for the property. Looking back, we are very grateful for the experience and the final result. They helped us create a home that feels thoughtfully designed, beautifully built and truly ours. We highly recommend SOD Home Group to anyone considering a custom home or major residential project.”

“I had an opportunity as Owners Representative | Project Manager to work with Mike and Mike between late 2019 and year end 2021, as AAA Development, Inc. came highly recommended by a trusted friend in business as the General Contractor to build 2 high end custom homes under a construction agreement in Santa Barbara CA. Despite facing uncertainty in terms of business continuity at the onset of the pandemic, combined with supply chain concerns Mike and Mike brought the projects in on time and on budget with no Contractor caused change orders. The homes constructed are of the highest quality in design, materials and finish; and I'm definitely looking forward to our next project together.”
