“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. “We hired Saltsman Brenzel to build a new house on the site of a demolished house. We had completed 2 construction projects in the past, with different companies, and our experience with SB was superior in every way. The design of the house is sensitive to the neighborhood and the site, while incorporating our requests. The design/build aspect was seamless, from permitting all the way through to finish work. The budget was kept track of with regular meetings & weekly spread sheets. I would highly recommend SB for a productive, low-stress, and enjoyable construction experience.”

“Ian has helped us re-do our deck and our basement all for very reasonable pricing and high quality work. He is helpful in choosing materials that are high quality and is open to suggestions on aesthetics, but also gives good advice if you're not sure what you want. We highly recommend him for any type of project. UPDATE: he also just did our front steps and they look beautiful and are safe now. He's definitely helped bring up our property value. He has the pictures posted on this website, recommend you check them out. His coworkers are very professional and make sure to clean up everything when they are done.”
