“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“I had a bathroom put in my laundry room. Cabinets and counters were taken out. A standup shower, toilet and a sink with a water pump attached to everything installed. FP made a built in shelf, trap doors to hid the water faucets. Closed off my unfinished ceiling with drywall, put up drywall around the whole room, painted the ceiling and walls.put in a flooring in the bathroom. Installed a new back door which I went from a regular door to a slider. I love all the work he had done.”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. Everyone on their team was all so polite and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone in Fairfield County.”
