“McKay Vassar performed ab outstanding job in adding to our existing home. It was an additional of considerable space, and the personnel involved were knowledgeable and professional in all contacts. The subcontractors were all excellent, as well. This work was performed in 2015, and we are still happy with it. We were consulted every step of the way, so we were aware of all expenses as we went along. We could not have asked for better communication, service and construction.”

Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. “These guys are amazing. I was lucky enough to meet Mike and the Sett guys a few years ago when they started building these home studios. I work from home, and never really had considered my space - much less an environmentally friendly, well-deigned space. I love my Sett. It is perfect for me, as we have a new baby at home, and I'm close enough to help my wife when she needs me, but also able to get away from "house things" and concentrate on my work. If you are serious about a home studio, these guys are professionals that care about energy efficiency, and take pride in producing something that looks great. You'll be happy to see it every time you walk outside. I am!”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”
