“Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”

“My wife and I have had the pleasure of using Chris Town to complete a major, down to studs, remodel ten years ago as well as reconstruction after a large dishwasher water leak requiring us to move out for 5 months. His various sub-contractors have produced high quality results. In addition to his attention to detail, he has been easy to contact and responsive to our concerns. In both cases, we've been very pleased with the final results. It's so nice to have inspectors and friends comment on the quality of his work.”

“Rob Bohan (Precision Design) was my general contractor on a major remodel I did to my home in north Seattle during 2006-7. I used an architect for design plans but during the actual remodel Rob was incredibly effective in making practical improvements and creative changes to those plans as needed. Rob chose and hired excellent subs for cabinets, electrical, plumbing, paint and design etc. He did most of the finishing work himself and for the past 12 years I have received much praise and compliments from friends and visitors about the quality and appearance of the work he did (most of which was his own design). Quality work, creative touches, great subs, constant and easy communication and a spectacular finished product completed on a timely basis. Proof is in the viewing. If you wish to view his work first hand I would be happy to have Rob arrange a tour if that helps! It has been 12 years but his work stands the test of time and looks great today. I give Rob the highest recommendation possible”

“We live in a 100+ year old house on Queen Anne. The ACS team did a complete "gut out" and renovation. They were very careful in the removal of all the original woodwork which was very important to us because most of it was going right back in! There were definitely some unexpected problems and issues but we felt very confident that they were reasonable and the contractor did a great job in explaining all of the options. The crew was very respectful and polite to the neighbors/neighborhood during the whole process. All work order changes were also carefully explained for cost and time delays…sometimes what you plan and the outcome just aren't what you want and you want to change them!!! We actually had the ACS team come back after the major renovation for a basement finish and bathroom refinish.”
