“We appointed Clarke custom homes to build our home after a lengthy process of meeting various builders. We found Ron to be honest and flexible in his contracting strategy as it allowed us to undertake some of the simple finishing work ourselves as we were on a tight budget. We found Ron to be open, honest and collaborative and provided professional advise and information that helped us expedite our loan approvals even prior to signing the contract with him. Ron also provided advice on the room layout design which made the house look even better than what our initial architecture drawings portrayed. After signing the contract, the construction work was unbelievably fast, while maintaining excellent workmanship. All his trades were also very professional and courteous with us. Our home was finished on time and within the projected budget and the quality of work has exceeded our expectations. These qualities of accountability, honesty, quality & speed from a building contractor are hard to come by in the industry, and that is why we highly recommend Clarke Custom Homes to everyone we know.”

“I extensively renovated a 1970s "knock down" using a few companies, of which Brent and Ablewest became the significant "go to" company. Brent's skills, perfectionism, and his team were key in making the project a success. I find it a rarity to have so much trust in a company, but I honestly can't fault Ablewest. If you want a project done right, then this is the company to call.”

“Outstanding support when we built our first Ismart house of more than 200 m2 area. From the time we obtained the building permit from the shire of Denmark, it took only 19 days to lock up phase and we moved in less than 4 months later. Outstanding ans as promised. The builder could not neb more supportive for any changes we required during construction. Very comfortable and economic to run.”
