“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”

In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. “We decided to build with TOH based on their attention to detail and quality of construction. We were astonished at how fast our house was built (about 90 days) and how organized the process was.When they told us something was going to be done in a given week it was done.The whole process was NOT stressful and we liked that we didn't need to pick out the piddly things like light switches and exact fixtures. We simply went to their showroom and picked out EVERYTHING, however if we wanted to use our own ceiling fans we had on hand we could We continue to be impressed with their home warranty care now that we have lived here almost three years. I noticed a very minor scratch/blemish in a bathtub and they sent a vendor out to buff it out that same week. (This was well after our "1 year warrant" had expired and I was simply inquiring about who would be able to fix it and TOH insisted on fixing it for us :) Thank you so much to Tim Obrien Homes for helping us achieve our dream home and keeping in touch years later! These guys aren't going anywhere!!”
