“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

“Dan from Nu Wavz Homes builds custom homes, but he also does remodels and other various things around the home. We hired Dan to build us a custom "in wall" entertainment center where there was a big hole. What an amazing design and job he did. He listened to us, he was very quick and clean with his work and his workers listened to me and my wife and did EXACTLY what we wanted. He also converted a wine rack into a plate rack for us. We don't drink any wine so it wasn't needed. You would never know that it didn't come built in like that. I will hire Dan again hands down. If you are looking for a custom home builder, or someone to just do remodels around the house - HIRE DAN!”

“This was our first time building a brand new home. We have owned several homes prior so knew exactly what we wanted and decided to have Shea build our "dream". Rather than telling us what we couldn't have they did all they could to give us what we wanted! The staff, from the very first person we met at the model to the last person we did the final walk through with, became family and treated us with so much respect. They answered any question and fixed any problem "the right way" no matter the cost to them or the difficulty. I was always asked if there was anything else I needed or wanted. If ever I have to move out of my perfect home I will only buy with Shea homes!”

“Extensive remodel to add Bedroom, Full Bathroom, and walk-in closet. Post-tension slab, so created some complications to tie-in all the plumbing, but dealing with Travis was effortless. Scheduling was a breeze and were always on time and very professional. We were living in the house during the remodel, the crew was minimized all the construction debris on a daily basis. I enjoyed working with Travis so much that I am going to hire him to build a new custom house.”
