“We built custom, ground up new construction and had a great experience with Mike at TruHabitat. He was professional, collaborative and most of all honest. He worked with us to problem solve as ordinary course issues came up during the project. We were in constant communication and he was at the job site pretty much every day throughout the work. “I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”

“Sent this note of thanks to Patrick at Gialluisi back in early 2015... for their work in re-siding our house: Dear Patrick, Many thanks to you and Gialluisi Homes for the splendid work in re-siding our home. Your recommendation to use Hardie shingles and Azek trim was very sound indeed. The materials proved to be beautiful as well as of the highest construction quality and beautiful appearance. You were also always so very responsive to our questions, so efficient and reliable in the scheduling of the work, and so attentive to the management of the work even in its smallest details. Your workers... especially their leader George... proved to be impressively skilled. We were particularly pleased at George's consistently good judgment in taking pains to consult with us and guide us on the various details that needed to be worked out as things went along on site. Unlike some of our past experiences in renovations, we were never surprised and disappointed by some unfortunate liberty a tradesman might take. “Christian and team did a stick build addition to my home. We had some unexpected complications to my project however his team dealt with the issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All contractors utilized were pleasant, professional and very eager to please. His project management staff were all customer centric and a pleasure to deal with. They were *very* mindful on budget management and came in well under which was greatly appreciated. Christian is a true gentleman to deal with, eager to please and stands behind his product.”
