“We used this builder to construct our home consisting of 7125 square feet in Spring, Texas and found this builder to provide us with highest quality work and completed the construction of the home on time and in a good and workmanlike manner. Their work was superior and the quality of the materials were excellent. They were always on the construction site and they were great in permitting us to make changes as the construction proceeded and never had a problem with doing extra work. The home is beautiful and we found working with this builder was great. We would hire this builder again to build us another home.”

“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! Working with the CBC Team has made what is very often a stressful, time-consuming and dynamic process almost seamless! ` I would highly recommend you using CBC to assist you in finding the right builder and the right location for your new custom home! “I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! Love it and I will continue to work with them in the future with anything we need for our home!!”

“If I were to build a home or do a remodel job Morningstar Builders would be a top 5 choice as a contractor in the greater Houston area. Being a supplier to a contractor you truly get to know what type of company they are. I can tell you that they do not cut corners and ask me how they can do a job for cheaper, but rather they ask what they can do to make a job better. This is uncommon in many contractors I work with these days. Morningstar works with you from the beginning to the end. They do not just sell the job, but they help to build it and design it. They really do treat each job as if it was one of their own. I have been happy to know them and work with them and look forward to many years to come.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. We highly recommend this company. Regards”

“It's been 18 month since we've moved into our Royal Texan custom home. Building a home is challenging at best, trying at times, and completely overwhelming. Mark and his team managed to overcome all to deliver our dream house on time and on budget. The warranty team one year later was top shelf! I'm not sure I'd ever do it again but if I did, I would have Royal Texan lead the way.”
