“When I first contacted Tim Kowitz. He let me know a suitable time to come to give a quote. During the first visit, he arrived on time. During the session, he didn't just give an estimate, he also provided, the steps of the project. Who I needed to contact before any work was started. I receive a quote, within reasonable time and an approx time he could start the project. Tim has a lovely calm manner, when discussing the project. Once I decided to go with Tim for the project. My brother-inlaw and sister came up to go through the contract. The communication was professional between the parties. The contract was signed on the day. And I was given a starting date. On the first day, Tim got straight into the project. Communication between me and him was great. He managed the work and workers (electrician, plumber, cabinetmakers, flooring, tiles etc) very proficiently. There was no nasty aggro swearing speech. Any issues, they were promptly dealt with. As I learnt about renovations, there can be hold ups. Tim work around all the holdups with materials etc. When all work was finally completed. My complete renovations were perfect. I personally would recommend Tim Kowitz to do any building project.”
