“Jonathan McGrath Construction completed a Kitchen Remodel that required extensive planning and a very creative approach to accomplish the goal of the project and meet my expectations. The team’s approach to the project brought new ideas and options that we had not considered. The execution of the project was per schedule for both time and cost. The resulting remodel was beyond all of our expectations. It is our feeling that a measure of success for this type of project is whether there is a real return on investment that translates into an increase in home value that offsets the cost of the project. We feel that this remodel has actually increased our home value more than the cost because of the unique approaches and exceptional execution! We recommend Jonathan McGrath Construction unconditionally!”

“We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.”

“Came to my home and spent time to talk about the home I want to build, Very impressive people. I intend to use their services and am currently saving pictures for them to eventually look at. I have decided on a company to sell my home since they have been here. I had a professional home inspection and am fixing the things that i need to. Hopefully will list home in spring and build this summer! Looking forward to working with this company....Husband builder his wife a designer...great combination!”

“This firm can do it all! They have built my home, built my commercial building and remodeled my home. Attention to detail is a priority. The remodeling project was $100,000 and we lived in the home while being done. They made sure to keep as clean as possible and it came out great!”

“In my window treatment business, I have had occasions to come in after work was done and see some of the work by T-Mat Construction. I has always been top of the line. Customers repeatedly have told me how lucky they are that they found Trace to do their projects. I had one customer that did not like the valances I was able to offer because it covered up the gorgeous wood work that T-Mat had put around the windows. T-Mat was able to get more of the original wood they had used and made valances that blended into the trim work perfectly. I would highly recommend them as a contractor for remodels, additions and complete construction projects.”
