“Sundance Homes provided us with the truly custom home experience we were looking for. We interviewed a number of builders before selecting Sundance Homes and they were all trying to tailor one of their existing home plans to meet our wants and needs (they wanted to customize one of their plans, not start from scratch). Kevin and Nicole sat us down and we came up with a one of a kind home that fit our taste and lifestyle as well as fit with the aesthetics of an established neighborhood with 100 years old homes. The fit and finish is second to none and we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Sundance Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.”

“We had a front porch added to our house and their attention to detail is outstanding. We had to deal with weather which caused a few delays and we had to deal with some re-do's but Capital Homes was quick to respond and get the job done right - and under budget. I would recommend (have recommended) them to anyone looking to do an addition or full build out.”

“My husband and I recommend Cornerstone Homes. We had a house fire so at the time we hired Cornerstone Homes we weren't looking for a home builder and had no plans to build a house. Someone at our mortgage company suggested Cornerstone Homes. Because of our situation, Cornerstone Homes had to work with our insurance agent and our mortgage company who dispersed the funds. They did a great job of communicating with all involved and were great people to work with. The subcontractors were skilled and worked hard to meet deadlines.”
