“Pearl remodeling designed and created a new ADU for us, from start to finish they were transparent and honest. Naturally it wasn't always a smooth ride but they were always there to explain and help us make the right decisions. Rebecca was our project manager and she's just lovely and so pleasent to work with. The planning stage for our project took roughly 2 months and once the plans were approved they hit the ground running and within 3 months the ADU was finished. If you are looking for a reliable contractor, I recommend Pearl Remodeling, we had a hard time vetting for a GC but it was worth to wait for the ideal partner for such project.”

“I had an opportunity as Owners Representative | Project Manager to work with Mike and Mike between late 2019 and year end 2021, as AAA Development, Inc. came highly recommended by a trusted friend in business as the General Contractor to build 2 high end custom homes under a construction agreement in Santa Barbara CA. Despite facing uncertainty in terms of business continuity at the onset of the pandemic, combined with supply chain concerns Mike and Mike brought the projects in on time and on budget with no Contractor caused change orders. The homes constructed are of the highest quality in design, materials and finish; and I'm definitely looking forward to our next project together.”
