“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money.
In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof.
A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied.
