“We are delighted with our home which was built by Grant Homes. We chose Grant Homes because of the full-suite of services and longtime experience with custom home building. When we made the decision to tear down an old house on the property and build a new house, we needed someone who could walk us through budget, planning, design, and construction while keeping a constant eye on budget! Our project included identifying the right property, the design process (with Jay’s architect) planning the construction of a new home and pool. Working with Jay and his architect during the design process was a great experience. Jay was able to keep our design in line with our budget as he had the experience needed in estimating the construction specific to our project. A great feature of the Grant Home build process is their open-book pricing. “My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.”

“I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”

“Craig builders has completed two jobs on our house. First the addition to our kitchen and dinning room. The work done was impeccable and attention to detail is an understatement. They also finished off our "unfinished" basement. A new bathroom, laundry room, kids playroom, stairs, windows and sump pump. The job, again, was done professionally, on time and within our budget. No hidden fees or additions to our contract. I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed, professionalism of the staff and how the company made us feel, whether it was a big or small job, they were on top of every moment in the project.”
