During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “I used Fischer Homes to add an addition that doubled the size of my house from 1500 sq feet to 3000 sq feet. Josh does quality work and saved me thousands of dollars! He expertise helped us make significant improvements in the field from the blue prints, with out charging us for field changes. Very professional a man of his word, I would recommend Josh to anyone!”

“My wife and I worked with Riverview Builders to build a new home while planning our wedding at the same time. Initially we visited and talked to 3 different builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago as we needed to choose a builder who could partner with us during this extremely busy time in our lives. I cannot say enough of at how professional Riverview Builders were as they answered all of our initial questions in a timely and detailed manner and ultimately won us over. We did not regret that decision at all during the home building process as when decisions needed to be made regarding the house they took our input and incorporated the feedback to make it a reality. In addition, they also made excellent recommendations to help identify potential changes that other builders might have overlooked. Once construction began Riverview Builders did a superb job of keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and we were super excited to move into the home after construction was completed 1 month earlier than promised.”

“Lionel is a true professional. He did a porch renovation for me this year and it was done with a high level of quality. His attention to detail is outstanding. My project was relatively small in comparison to the new homes he builds or larger renovation projects but he still gave me the attention when I needed it. I would recommend Lionel for future work on anyone's project.”

“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. “We are lucky to have our new home built by The Huron Group. While affected by Covid and supply shortages Derick and the THG team worked with us to ensure our home was solidly built with all the finishes. This was a challenging task and THG went above and beyond. We have moved into our new home about 6 months ago and enjoy it a great deal. The quality of construction and finishes is top notch. They exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back to them should we ever decide to build or remodel again. Great job THG!!!”
