“We have recently completed a single-story extension with a new kitchen/diner, utility room and bathroom with B&P. As part of the build, we also refurbished the ground floor of our property and used B&P’s appointed contractors for all plumbing, electrics and tile finishes. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process of working with B&P. Nev was our site manager, he was brilliant from start to finish, ensuring we stayed on track, providing expert guidance and always keeping us well informed as the project developed. Graham, Dillon and the rest of the team were always great to have on site, very tidy, professional and accommodating to our family needs to minimise disruption during the build. Danny and the whole team have done a fantastic job for us on our build and we highly recommend their services.”

“Richard and the team have been a great help; not only fulfilling their professional requirements with plans, reports and the necessary legals to do with planning and party wall applications, but have gone that step further and provided my builder with regular drop ins to offer advice and support. When doing any project in a town/city there are always neighbours' concerns to be taken into account and Richard has handled these calmly and with great tact. I can not recommend Foresight enough.”

“Nicky and the team were so respectful of my needs and my obsession for it to be a clean job as I hate mess! We invited more than 7 or 8 builders to give us a quote for our one storey extension and we'd made up our minds within 30 seconds that most of them weren't the right builders for us. With Nicky, it was the opposite and we knew from the off that he was the right builder. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all a perfectionist which clearly came across, and nothing less than a perfect job would do for him. Nicky gave us confidence and delivered on his promises, was reliable (very rare in this trade!) and throughout the whole process he kept us updated, explained what was going on and only charged us as each stage of the process was completed with a clear breakdown. He went out of his way on several occasions to save us money (he's as honest as the day is long) and finished the job on time to an exceptional standard. I honestly can't recommend him enough. Tradesmen like Nicky and his fantastic team really are rare diamonds and if you use them, you won't be disappointed.”
