After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building. “We are building a new custom home with Jim Thomas. The house is almost complete and so far we have had no complaints. Many builders are hard to reach personally and take a long time to return calls. However, with Jim this is NOT the case. He's very reachable and returns my calls in a timely manner. He gave me his personal cell number and returns my texts and calls personally. He's been very patient with all my concerns and questions. He built 3 other homes on the same street and the work is beautiful (from the outside). Again, we are not finished but hope and believe that we will still be as happy with the finished product. Started project in Sept/Oct of 2015”
