“Alex and his team have done a brilliant job so far. During the early phases of our project he was very patient and had several meetings with us to understand our requirements in greater detail. He was very good at suggesting ways to save cost where possible. He accomodated most of our additional requests as the project went along and helped us to stick to our agreed budget in most cases and wherever there was any increase due to any scope creep or any confusions, it was well explained, and reasonably priced. They been professional, polite and provided a friendly service. The finish has been excellent and any concerns which we had were addressed immediately. Alex had weekly meetings to walk us through the progress and answer all our queries which we may have during our build. He didn't take any upfront deposits and only invoiced us once he had worked for a couple of weeks on our project. This gave us the confidence to hire him without having to part with our cash upfront. We have already recommended him to many of our family and friends and have been lucky to have him manage our job very smoothly and provide a professional service. Both me and my wife work long hours and Alex has been managing our project and his team and kept us in the loop. They been very considerate of our neighbours and have kept the noise to a minimum where possible. Alex has made our dream house a reality. Its been a pleasure dealing with him and his team and I can't recommend him enough”

To Dayle, Adam, Lee and Logan for the carpentry, plastering, electrics and removals; all completed with the minimum of fuss and maximum of professionalism. “Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! We will get the Assembld team back to covert our loft once we have the budget next year. Thanks again, 5* from us. Oli and Vanessa”

“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”
