“Robyn has been staging my house in order to sell it. She came in and and started with a consult on my entire house. She then provided a list of what I should do for each room. There were things on the list that I did not understand. I could not see how they would change the room. She has shopped with me for pillows and items that would help make my house look like a house that someone would want to buy. She has help me pick out paint colors for certain rooms and paint colors for rooms that needed it. She has been there every step of the way and my house has been transformed. She has an eye which is incredible. She has picked colors that I would never have picked and they look great. I would hire Robyn as a home stager again and I would also hire her as an interior designer. She is fun and easy to work with.”

“Robin and her contractor brought me in on a pair of bathrooms they were doing. She is a wonderful designer! Robin has an eye for color combinations and has great taste, which her client really appreciated. I provided the cabinetry and she worked with me and her client in picking the correct line and quality. I'm now working on another project with her (it's a nice kitchen), and am very happy she got me involved in it.”

“I was fortunate enough to meet Kate about two years ago when she was selling her home and buying another. Ironically, we met because at the time, I would do staging consultations for our real estate team’s listings. Needless to say, there wasn’t a single thing that had to be changed at Kate’s home because not only does she have great style, but she knows how to translate that style into MARKETING, which is what it takes to stage a home that SELLS. My most recent experience with Kate is with a home that my partner and I built to sell that desperately needed staging. The project was half-started at best (by me) and Kate willingly took the reins, efficiently utilized an existing inventory of products and made the house look like a home that Buyers could envision themselves living in. Kate’s creative gift is natural, her talents genuine and her personality is both engaging and calm. Coming from a Realtor with a 19-year career in home design, I would recommend Kate to any homeowner or agent that needs that “special touch” to make a house the perfect package that appeals to today’s home buyers.”

“Candice can take any space from 'drab' to 'fab' with her amazing design skills! She has a way of bringing together eye-catching accents and pieces that completely change a room. We had no idea where to begin with our home. Candice picked out everything from our paint colors, our rugs, furniture, light scheme, etc. We now LOVE the way our home looks and feels and love to have people over to show it off! Although I wish I could take credit - our home is where it is thanks to Candice!”
