“Our designer, Kelly Chang did wonderful job on our family room. She transformed our family room into beautiful and cozy place where every one enjoys hanging out. She used bright colors to make the space more interesting and elegant. Our built in book shelf looks organized and pretty. I highly recommend her.”

“I contacted Marlene about a home I wanted to stage for resale. She came out, spent time with us, formulated a game plan, staged the home and it sold in 3 days!!! What a fantastic job she did. The realtor said "I've been selling homes for 30 years and this was the most people that came through the open house ever. The staging was the clincher that sold the home"! “As a veteran listing agent, Victoria has proven to be my "Secret Weapon" when preparing my listings for sale. I provide her services "free" (prepaid) to my clients, regardless of the home's condition. Some homes appear perfect to me, but Victoria always has an eye on accenting the assets of the home -- which increases the Buyer's excitement and inevitably the offering price, too. Her creativity is unmatched. Victoria recently stapled inexpensive burlap over dated upholstered cornices to neutralize the 70's fabric (fabulous results!), and provided shopping services for accessories. I also recommend her book as a pre-listing 'drop-off' to introduce clients to the value and reason for staging. "TIPS FOR HOME SELLERS: 258 Tips for preparing your house to sell quickly and for top dollar." {NOTE: I hired her for my own use and transformed my bedroom/bathroom into a retreat with one can of paint and rearranged furniture. Unbelievable!]”

“I was looking for a stager in Bucks County to help with the sale of my mother's home in Newtown. Thankfully I met Eileen, whose professional eye gave us a game plan that helped consolidate 6 weeks worth of work into a few days. She gave my mom a game plan to help her get organized, and after one week, Eileen and her crew came through and had the home market ready in 2 days. She even spent her Sunday, which happened to be Mother's Day(!) putting on the finishing touches to perfect the home. Once listed, we received a full price, cash after only 3 days on market. If you want to get your home market ready without all the stress, I highly recommend hiring Eileen. Her prices are very reasonable, and she is a joy to work with. Definitely worth the investment!”

“Robyn has been staging my house in order to sell it. She came in and and started with a consult on my entire house. She then provided a list of what I should do for each room. There were things on the list that I did not understand. I could not see how they would change the room. She has shopped with me for pillows and items that would help make my house look like a house that someone would want to buy. She has help me pick out paint colors for certain rooms and paint colors for rooms that needed it. She has been there every step of the way and my house has been transformed. She has an eye which is incredible. She has picked colors that I would never have picked and they look great. I would hire Robyn as a home stager again and I would also hire her as an interior designer. She is fun and easy to work with.”

“Amanda selected a wonderful palette of finishes (hardwood floors, bath floor and wall tiles, vestibule floor tile, interior & exterior lighting) for the model home of a center city townhouse project that I designed. We sat down with the builder and the realtor and democratically selected all the finishes. The realtor sold the five built townhouses in three weeks at more than the list price of $675k. The buzz has been tremendous. The finishes are a great compliment to the architecture.”
