“ON the contrary to the previous review, we consistently refer Seattle Swank to our buyers for interior design projects as well as for a majority of our new builds and remodels. The very reason is because they get how hectic it can be when trying to stay on task but don’t want to lose our spot on the staging calendar. There tends to be a lot that they have to deal with (other contractors, unfinished walkways, landscaping, not clean) and they handle it with professionalism and ease. I can say we tend to be somewhat difficult clients but working with an agent owned company really makes the difference as does the high end finishes. Our products generally fly within the first 30 days at top market price. Jason W.”

“I can not say enough praise about Sisters. They are the most talented, artistic, courteous and pleasant design people in the Northwest. I am a professional realtor specializing in marketing older residential homes and have been using the Sisters for several years. Both me and my homeowners are extremely delighted to see their home of 30-40 years literally transformed into a showpiece by the Sisters. I have also used them for seller consults when the seller is using their own furniture in the home. They have been both forthright and polite in their suggestions. Both Diana and Alissa are very professional. I plan on using them for all my staging and design needs.”

“Sara turned our outdated 90s house into a cozy, modern home. My husband and I recently moved to SC and found a property we liked...we knew with a little help, we could love it. Sara was instrumental in helping us with everything big and small in our home renovations- she helped us pick out everything from paint colors to kitchen hardware...finding beautiful furniture within our budget as well. Sara got to know our style and helped us create a functional layout with furniture we love! She was super flexible with her design as well- I loved the e-renderings she send over, allowing us to visualize the space before we did any work. She was available by phone anytime we had any questions or ideas; she took on all the tasks that were stressing me out and we couldn’t be happier with how our new home turned out. I couldn’t recommend Sara enough!!”

“Here's the story: Previous realtor had a handful of showings in 2 months during the hottest season (summer) of our marketplace. We take over the listing, have it staged (and subsequently photographed and posted online) on only one floor with "Buy Me Staging" , and have 5 showings within the first 48 hours, and average at least 10 showings a week. We also had 2 offers come in on the home withOUT a physical showing/visit! And I give all the credit to the great staging job of Shabri!”
