She kept me updated at every stage and worked with my schedule for the actual installation. “If you are looking to work with a proven successful home redesign/stagger Natasha will definitely take good care of you. She is friendly, polite and excellent at returning phone calls and e-mails. She will respect and acknowledge your design needs/desires. Natasha is extremely knowledgeable and makes good recommendations, while personal shopping with me she demonstrated patience during the decision process allowing me to feel comfortable with my choices. She advised me on repairs that should be made, paint color (excellent on color) for each room, kitchen cabinets updated, furniture that should be kept, furniture that needs to go, placement of furniture, placement of all accessories on walls. Placement of items on tables, best locations for TV’s. She has done the final staging for my home. It’s ready for the market and it looks like a million dollars to me. “I hired Kathy to stage my home in Plano because she came highly recommended by two different people. I was trying to get my Plano home sold while my husband and I were living in London. EVERY time I called she either answered right away or returned my call quickly (which was important to me because of the time difference.) She was always excited and ready with ideas on how to make my home look it’s very best...even suggesting a few professional photographers who could show off the house its best On all the realtor websites. She went to my house to take measurements and get a feel for what items to use in which rooms. She even bought several big furniture pieces to go in a couple of rooms that whe wanted an impressive statement. The morning that she was coming to the house to stage it, we got a full price offer on our house and I called to ask her what we should do. She was supportive and happy for us, saying that was her goal all along...that we sell our house. She was kind and supportive every step of the way through this process. I can’t say enough great things about her. Not only is her staging beautiful, but she is the kind of person that you just love working with. She makes the entire process easy and fun.”
