She was a great listener and really helped guide me so that I felt really confident about my choices. I was really struggling with some decisions like house flooring and in one meeting, Kathryn was able to help me make my final choice (our floors are now installed and look great!). She was incredibly responsive to my sometimes panicky requests for feedback on an item I wanted to purchase and she was decisive and clear in her recommendations. She repeatedly went above and beyond by checking in, following up, sending over additional design ideas and even becoming a friend of our family!
