“Michele was absolutely wonderful in all aspects of selling our home. First let me explain that the neighborhood we were selling in had multiple homes for sale, one of which was the exact same model that had been on the market for 100+ days. Additionally, our neighbor directly across the street had been trying to sell multiple times for the previous year and a half. The first service and expertise that Michelle provided was a valuation of the market and options for listing our home. To our surprise it was a little more than we anticipated especially due to my previous comments about the market. From there we talked about staging and getting the home ready for pictures and marketing. Michelle brought in additional pieces of decor and had us remove unnecessary items. The layout was unfamiliar to us but we put our trust in her and did as she suggested. Furthermore, it was highly suggested to paint our kitchen to add to the staging. We obliged. The photographer came just before dawn and with Michelle looking on to ensure everything was just right and give it that extra touch the photos came out immaculate.
