She looked closely at the weaknesses of the property and came up with really creative solutions. For example she - installed extra masonry and a mantel for the fireplace so it went from awkward to beautiful. - restored some ugly yellowing resin-like bathroom counters using a Canadian product, to provide a new hard finish like white quartz stone. - looked at signs of settlement in the house and suggested replacing the irrigated planters around the house with non-irrigated. Now we have beautiful rocks, gold gravel, grasses and agaves.. and it looks like no more settlement! The work was on time and on budget.
