We are a firm of professional engineers owning & operating rental properties in Hamilton; and we are well experienced in preparing project specs, selecting suppliers, and ensuring project completion standards are met. Fortress Inc. met our requirements with NO failures. Steve Mercer is a truly reliable, trustworthy, straight talking, and exacting professional. He is as picky as we are about --- delivering the Project cleanly & compliantly.
