We hired him to remove a load-bearing wall, and his expertise in both real estate and construction was invaluable. His communication was proactive and clear, with daily updates on progress and transparent discussions about any mid-project decisions. The workmanship was meticulous—it's clear that Reid and his team take immense pride in their work. The "devil is in the details" is a saying that comes to mind with his team, as everything was measured precisely, resulting in a minimal punch list at the end of the project.
