“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

The price was right, the staff was friendly and Charles did an amazing job working within my budget. If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would, but it only allows 5 stars. “Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”
