“Lee Price is a very talented, energetic, and most of all, dependable contractor. My husband and I hired Lee to replace 23 windows in our two story house and he was able to guide us through the whole process in his typical calm, knowledgeable, and honest manner. The results were extraordinarily satisfactory. Because Lee can build a house from scratch he knows how to read problems and reach solutions. We can unreservedly recommend Lee Price Contractors. We've hired him many, many times for two different houses. He diagnosed a leaking shower pan which had damaged a ceiling below. We got a whole new shower room when he had to take out tiles to put in the new shower pan. Very reasonable cost for stunning results. Our basement got flooded when our sump pump failed. Lee put in a new pump and rerouted the drain hose and set up a battery backup sump pump. No trouble since. Never, since we first hired Lee, have we hired anybody else for any problem inside or out.”

“After looking at my home he said if it were his home he would knock out this wall and take out the hallways and make it one great room. He opened up the whole house and gave me a larger kitchen with extra storage space. He built an eating bar with cabinets underneath. He was very courteous and respectful, he offered me ideas for design and worked with me and my ideas every step of the way. My house was built in 1942. He put in a new floor including the sub-floor. He had to make some molding by hand to match what was there. He made sure everything was level. He paid attention to detail, for example even my light switches! They make sense on which lights the switches turn on. The closest switch to me turns on the closest light, farthest switch, farthest light, no guessing! I love it! He kept in budget and was very reasonable on his prices. Everyone who has seen my house absolutely loves it! No one believes it was built in '42. I will definitely have him back again to remodel my bathrooms when I am ready.”
