“Kitchen remodel and 2 Bathroom remodels I had the pleasure of working with Matriarch Construction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. "Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Outstanding service. Thank you Matriarch!”

“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“Bruce and team are great, both talent wise, as well as remaining in communication throughout the project. I have hired his team 3 times for 3 separate projects and would definitely call him for any general contract needs in the future! He has: Replaced the roofing on my house, along with replacing rotted siding and window frames on my house.”

“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

“Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties.
