The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing! I will absolutely use them again if I need any more work done. I really can’t overstate how professional and easy to work with Ryan and his crew are.”

“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”
