“We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”

“We hired Johnny and Gigi to paint our entire household interior. They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and worked around our hectic schedule. They even worked around another contractor that was delayed and were super flexible. Because of their flexibility we were able to still move into our house on time. Most importantly, the outcome was simply spectacular! I searched hi and low and did not find any issues with their work product. We contacted Keith after our first GC was not going to be able to complete the project, and Keith picked up right where we left off and took the project to completion. He did a great job of taking the time to explain things to us and he was always on top of coordinating the subcontractors. Most importantly: he is genuinely a kind and grounded person.
