“Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. “I would recommend Jarvis Custom Builders to anyone who is looking to have a job well done. My wife and I hired Jarvis to completely remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. We looked into hiring Jarvis Custom Builders for our project along with several other contractors in the Big Sky area, and after meeting with all the contractors we decided to go with JCB. They are a very professional group of men that I would recommend to anyone. Despite being the new company in town without the big reputation like the others, they will soon be the class of Big Sky if given the chance. JCB is one of the hardest working, most dependable person you will ever come across. They said the job would be done at a certain time and far exceeded expectations, and were under the budget proposed. As with any project there we're changes added as we proceeded with the project and they were more than accommodating to our needs. If you are looking for quality, and dependable craftsmanship and is actually budget conscious unlike some of the contractors in Big Sky look no further because JCB is your guy.
