“I hired Lakeview Living for finishes, appliance selections, and interior design of a newly constructed condo I had purchased. She was very good transforming my vision into a beautiful, workable design. Grace (Sensitive Information Hidden) worked with me to choose paint colors, floor coverings, furnishings, bathroom fixtures and mirrors, lighting, and kitchen cabinets and countertops. She completed the work on time and on budget, kept me updated on project status, and was very easy to work with. I was thrilled with the look and comfort of the condo and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reliable remodeling or renovation contractor or interior designer.”

“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“We needed a simple repair to the top of the chimney of our historical Tudor residence. Although Guy builds beautiful homes with great attention to detail, he didn't hesitate to help us out with this small project. He has so much knowledge about home construction and he is very thoughtful about the particulars. We recommend him without any reservation. He cares as much as you do about your home. Although my husband is an architect, we are looking forward to doing more extensive renovations with his guidance. Having someone with his high standards and orientation to good design and finish work is important to us.”
