“The Home Improvement Team of Richmond did an outstanding job on our attic to living space conversion. They were great with communication and always followed up when they said they would. Their team was friendly, professional and had great attention to detail. I cannot say though great things about the team. We are so happy with the finished product. I highly recommend HIT!”

“We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”

The contractor were professional and courteous, arrived each day on time, and left the site clean at the end of the day. VTB stayed on track with estimated times, and accommodated our family as we lived in the house during the addition. We highly valued Steven's opinions and completely trusted him to understand and translate our vision into reality. Steven was always professional and responsive. We will definitely hire VTB for our future projects as well.”

“Work done: Replaced floors in entire house. Repaired walls and framing and painted entire house. Did demo and helped remove old furniture, then helped return everything. Justin gave appropriate suggestions for repair, replacement, painting, decorating, etc. Justin and his crew, specifically John and Caleb were wonderful to work with. They were respectful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Justin has great knowledge about what needed to be done and spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He found issues we did not know were there and still kept everything within our budget. We had to live in the house while the construction was being done and Halcyon accommodated us every step of the way making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Justin helped us tremendously with decision options and consistently guided us in the good direction. We are still a work in progress and I highly recommend Halcyon.”

“My husband I built our home in 2016. Jon and Mandy made the home building process simple, We loved the fact that we could contact them personally with any questions that we had along the way and they responded quickly and with concern. We love our new home and are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. We feel that we received a much more personal home building experience with them, than we would have received with a "large builder". I would HIGHLY recommend them for any project from small a small remodel to a new build.”

“I have used Price Builders twice- once Jan 2021 for wood rot repair under portion of siding on a screened porch. Also had porch rescreened by Price Builders. Second time was just the beginning of Jan. 2022 for rebuilding /repairing my 10x23 ft deck. Mr. Price, Billy, is awesome. Any work he does is by code. Reliable, prompt, returns phone calls, answers questions and gives reasonable estimates based on his knowledge & skills. If I suddenly had a windfall of money, I'd be hiring him for my wish list of projects-such as a utility room and additional bedroom/bath. He's my go-to guy!”
