Modern home remodeling for various reasons.
When Alon the project manager looked at our
project, he said his team could transform it with no
problem and gave us many great design ideas.
The main things that made us decide on Modern
home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he
was very patient, professional and explained us the
whole process of our project. Each phase of the
construction, from demo to finish, was completed
on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us
know what work would be scheduled for the
following day. The crews were functual and did
outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups
which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing
job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We
highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for
any renovation project in your home!”

He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. “I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction.

Stephen and Shelley helped us remodel our house prior to moving, including helping us throughout the entire remodeling and design process and managing and coordinating every step and every vendor. SCD helped us with everything including demolition, designing the kitchen and selecting cabinets and stone, replacing the flooring, electrical and plumbing work, framing and drywall repair, designing and installation of closets and garage storage, and tile installation. Literally, we cannot imagine going through this process without the support and guidance of SCD. Stephen was at our house managing the project every day for months. We look forward to working with them again on bathroom and office redesigns soon. Stephen and Shelley have a meticulous eye to detail, and always had our best interests in mind.
