“Will & his team skillfully executed my vision for our hall bath update. Hired after a botched start with another contractor, they jumped in to save the situation. Will was easy to work with & checked in regularly as the project progressed. They pressed through to make sure every detail was brought to completion, even when challenges emerged. The team was skilled, respectful of our home, our time, and easy to work with. I still grin every time I walk in to (or even past) the bathroom Homework Remodel and Repair completed for us. “Steve organized a basement development for us in our rental property. The schedule was well put together and all of the trades that he used were very professional. It is great having someone oversee the project for you but allows you to make the decisions on it and be the contractor. The house was occupied at the time all of this was going on and the tenants were very happy with the Steve's abilities as well.”

“Jeff Schneider of Armstead Construction, Inc. recently completed a kitchen remodel for us. Jeff came to the house in mid-November and the job was completed by December 21, as promised! Not only was the job done quickly and on time, but the work was impeccable. His crew was meticulous in everything from hanging cupboards to putting in trim. When the inevitable complications arose with the timing of subcontractors or missing parts and pieces, Jeff and his crew handled everything with calm professionalism and we had little to no stress throughout this remodel. Jeff also had excellent suggestions about specific details such as how to add wood siding to one wall of an open closet, which matched the living room walls. It turned out beautifully. The final outcome of our kitchen was better than we could have imagined and Jeff's work is a large part of the reason for that. Jeff gave us an incredibly detailed estimate. At each payment we received an updated detailed estimate of the work completed to date. There was never any question what we were paying for and the final bill was exactly as estimated. The remodel of our kitchen was successful and better than we could have imagined, largely due to the work of Armstead Constructio.”

“I was advised to get bids from several builders and also to talk with people who had hired the builders I was interviewing to build my dream house. The project went as smoothly as it possibly could. (Note: my Father built custom homes so I know this does not always happen). Brett and Carol hired good subcontractors and kept the process moving forward in a timely manner. I wanted to do some unusual things and Brett was willing to spend the time to investigate and learn new techniques. I am very happy with my new home and will be able to age in place in my modern farmhouse.”

“Blac Rhino was amazing. They rebuilt a chimney for me and it was better built than the original builders He was able to match my siding .The carpenters were professional It was done at the bid cost . I am very pleased with their work. I will hit them again when I need repairs or additions.”

“We hired Splittgerber Construction to build a home for us on a newly purchased farm in the fall of 2012. We sat down with Rick to describe the 'type' of home we were looking to build. He took our thoughts and constructed our perfect dream home. He listened exactly to what we were thinking and took it from a concept to construction. The trades he hired were top of the line. From the framers to trim carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers etc. they were all very easy to work with and exceptionally skilled at their jobs. They made the building process an absolute pleasure. Rick contacted me several weeks back and asked if there was anything that needed attention after living in the home for a year. Sadly there was no need for anyone to come back out... I would have enjoyed seeing them again!”

“Artisan Remodel & Repair remodeled our very dated master bathroom. We didn't move any walls, but everything else was changed in there. It is so beautiful now! We love it and feel the new bathroom really adds to the value of our home. Artisan was super easy to work with and did an excellent job! Artisan was on time and on budget, and communicated very well.”

“Colorado Native was Great Brain came out to give us a bid and found alot of hail damage on our roof- To file a claim insurance needed pictures- Brian was willingly to take the pictures- Unfortunately insurance denied our claim and we had to wait a year to get the roof replaced- But we had Colorado Native do it and workmanship was great-”
