“We first started working with DM Neuman in 2000. At that time there was a lot of building in our area, so we interviewed several builders and architects. Many were 1 or 2 man operations and we kept hearing about the difficulties getting subcontractors. We looked at properties they had built and spoke with several of their subs. They started our home in March and we moved in the day before Thanksgiving, on time and on budget! In 2008 we used them to build a large addition which also came in as promised. Over the years we had minor issues, especially before we moved in full time and they were always there to advise and help. as you can see, I can't say enough great things about DM Neuman's company and professionalism. “Summit Construction completed my home in 2007 --- It is now July 2015 and I am still so impressed with the quality of the construction. It is my family's second home, yet we rented it often to others. We have had so few issues -- I am truly amazed. Each visit I seem to notice some detail that I have never noticed before --- this visit I was working in my front gardens and noticed copper flashing to hide the foundation --- oh, do I wish my primary residence had such flashing! It is beautiful and conceals the concrete foundation. Dwayne was a perfectionist and I feel blessed that we choose him to build our home. The pictures that he has posted do not do the home justice, so I am going to add a few of my own.”
