“My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”

“The entire Preferred Builders crew is extremely courteous and professional. During the complete build of new houses for both my parents and my family, they worked very closely to meet our desires, and ultimately built a very high quality house that has had zero issues over the first 18 months. The Preferred Builders crew still asks if I am happy with my house when I see them around town, at the local pizza place, at the lumber yard, and when I see some of them at church. I have utilized Preferred Builders for smaller projects since the completion of our houses, and will continue to utilize their services in the future for large and small jobs. Their crew is very well rounded, with expertise in many areas. From large concrete work to fine finish detail work, I am extremely impressed by their ability.”

“Wichita Home Works did the repair work on the basement of a house we had recently purchased. The exterior wall was bowing in and water was seeping in from multiple locations. They took care of the structural and moisture issues in a very timely manner. Quality control and communication were top notch. In addition to our primary residence they have done work on a number of our rental properties as well.”

“We contracted Smith Home Improvements for the first time in 2008, and have used them exclusively since that time for all of our home improvement projects which now numbers more than 14. Their work is excellent, and the guys very helpful and friendly. Another thing that we really have appreciated is that they have also become our timely "go to" company for several handyman type projects over the years. I highly recommend these folks. They are only a phone call away!”
