“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. I highly recommend this company as they have a very high integrity and conscientiousness towards every job they do, both large and small.”

“Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“Jose was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable when it came to our renovations. Nowadays is hard to trust someone with your home in your money, but he rose to the occasion I do have other projects that I would love for Jose to work on in the near future, and less what we plan on doing, I highly recommend him as a contractor. He has a great team behind him as well with the plumber and electrician.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!”

“I called 3 different contractors . Byrum responded in 48 hours and had estimate 48 hrs later. All work was done professionally on time and without any headaches.. It was our families dream to have bonus room added over our garage and Byrum made that dream come true. Couldn't ask for anything better..Highly recommend for any he improvement as we will surely use again in future!!!”

“I called this company to get a price on changing the master bath and get an opinion on new flooring. I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. I'm going to have him do work in the kitchen next. These guys are fantastic. Not just the pricing I received, but the quality of work and their professionalism is second to none. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. My father called to tell me his water heater had a bad leak and was flooding his kitchen. Marc grabbed his plumber and ran over there. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up. I plan on posting pictures of their work soon, but these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone!!”

“We contracted Fernando to finish our modular home and make several improvements and upgrades. His timeliness, communications and ability to manage the various sub-contractors was excellent. I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.”

“Canelli Construction remodeled our house and did a great job. We are really happy because they put so much passion in every single detail realizing what they promised and how it was going to look like. We definitely reccomend them not only for the excellent job that was done but also they respected tihe timeline and the quality of the materials listed on the estimate.
