“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

“Ray at RJC Building & Maintenance and his guys were just the right "fit" for us- They came highly recommend by a couple of close friends, who also used them in the Fall for a new construction project. We saw some of RJC impressive projects completed, and they actually beat the other 2 contractots' pricing so it was a no-brainer. Hard to find a good contractor, glad we had such great luck with Ray!”

“JM Craftsmanship came out to our home and did an amazing job renovating our kitchen, and also took down a wall that was adjacent to our family room - creating an excellent open space that is warm and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets, trim work, and wood flooring into the adjacent room were expertly installed - anyone that visits our home is amazed at the workmanship. JM is excellent to work with, very professional, and the work speaks for itself. We have since used JM for other projects, and will continue to do so.”
