The Contractor (Saeed) from Interior Source USA kept me informed throughout the entire process, from initial consultation to the final walkthrough, any questions or concerns I had he was able to answer. The quality of work was really good and it was well beyond my expectation and even my friends were impressed by the end results. Also, the people who worked were on time and cleaned the place once completed. They also completed the renovation within the estimated timeline which was greatly appreciated.     “Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

    “Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

    “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction.     “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes.     “We have had two of our homes expanded and renovated by DiCosimo. They did outstanding work and very reasonable prices. In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. Bottom line is that we consider him to be "our contractor" and will always use him.”
