We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. “Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“Had major water damage from a plumbing issue. It was difficult to find a contract that wanted to come out and give an estimate. A coworker of mine had recommended Ted Nelson and his company. I gave him a call and he came out to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Having talked with a couple of other contractors, I felt very comfortable with the Nelson company. They were very professional, they showed up on time every time they said they would be coming out. They were efficient and cleaned up their mess at the end of the day every time they came out. .They did quality work, and we would Not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home.
